WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
We are committed to quality and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. The artwork must be returned, undamaged. Return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense; and we ask that you insure the artwork for return. We cannot accept returns on custom artwork or commissions.
WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
if your print arrives at your door and the box is damaged, please contact me immediately. Before opening your order, YOU MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package. Then open the package to see if your artwork is damaged. Often, despite damage to the box, the print is in good condition. However, if it is damaged, please photograph the damage and email me the photo. I will then begin the shipping claim and start your replacement order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order is in production, we may not be able to cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order contact me as soon as possible at richard@richardhallfineart.com
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?
Contact me immediately if there is a problem with your order. I will contact you with instructions to return your package.
